I took my camera with me to Reston where I was taking a three-day training course. During my breaks, I tried to get out to get some pictures. On the last day, I spent some time before class in front of a (closed) restaurant which had some potted hibiscus plants in bloom. I find these flowers interesting as their pistils and stamens are so long. I imagine I'll be taking lots of pictures of these plants throughout the summer as they seem to be popular in this area.
I also got some interesting pictures of the fountain in town center. It was an especially beautiful day. Lots of people gather in this area during their lunch. But I think I was the only photographer.
