This afternoon, I took a walk with my parents along the Trinity River There is a path and park land that follows along the river. My stepfather and I each brought our cameras (our Fuji HS-10s) and so instead of walking far, we went down to the rock barrier on the river and took pictures from there. There were lots of ducks and a single goose. The view of the city was pretty nice. Even though it was in the 50s, the wind made it cool enough for my mother to really bundle up. Walking a little further, we came upon a statue of Samuel Clemens. Both my parents took turns sitting next to this wonderful author. Finally, I took some photos of a tree covered in mistletoe. It seems to grow very thick in Texas.
