My philosophy for portrait photography is that the subject needs to be relaxed and that the experience enjoyable. This means I will talk with folks and if possible, take my time to get to know them to get the best expressions. Contact me for more information about pricing.

 
 

Individual HeadshOTs

I have a passion for doing headshots and capturing the spirit of the people. My equipment (backdrops, strobes, etc.) are portable and I can do sessions in my home or yours, or in another location (indoors or outdoors) of your choice. I can edit the photos appropriately, for use on professional websites and social media sites, or for more personal use.

I also have experience working with folks who feel uncomfortable having their picture taken or who are ‘special needs’. These folks may require extra time and patience but I find with extra time and care, they too can have lovely photos.

Corporate Headshots

I have experience working with groups and companies to do headshots for a group of people. I am able to work in a variety of spaces and is often able to capture good photos in minimal time. This type of work might be headshots for members of a department held on a day where everyone is on-site.

In addition, I have several years of experience where I take photos of leaders attending a conference. Often, these folks are coming by between sessions and have only minutes to spare. A weekend conference may end up in 100+ portraits which are available to the attendees within a few days.

Group Portraits

I enjoy working with families and other groups to do their group photos. I try to be relaxed and take pictures of the entire group as well as subsets. I try to take candid photos of some of the individual and capture some of the interactions between various family/group members .
